1. Academics. Alpha Phi supports its members with scholarship and award opporunities, as well as promotion of academic achievement and importance of school work.

2. Commitment. Holding the Alpha Phi values close to her heart, a member of Xi chapter is commited to her sisters and to promoting herself and her sorority in a positive light.

3. Sisterhood. University experiences are enriched by the people we meet and the friends whom will remain close to us our entire lives. Here at Xi chapter, the friendships we form are similar to those of true sisters - girls who support and help propel us into the future.

4. Tradition. Through new member classes, a Xi chapter member will learn about our enriched and fascinating history, which binds us together in the present day

5. Watchcare. In principle, an Alpha Phi will always be on the lookout for her sisters to help her make positive decisions. There really is no safer way for women to stick together through a variety of social situations, to ensure nothing negative imposes our fun.
